For those who don't know the process for Gringos without residency it goes like this: every 90 days we have to do a visa run which is usually either a quick trip to the states or a 3 hr drive to Nicaragua. Panama this time of year is also a smart option because you're probably going to catch it good! We decide to drive to Nicaragua at a place called Rancho Santana (5hr total time from Nosara). The waves this time of year are a bit smaller and it's the off season. Needless to say we still had a great time, caught some waves, had some laughs, and ate some great food.
